Teen Mom star Maci Bookout has been having some relationship issues with her husband, Taylor McKinney for awhile now. It looks like things have taken a turn for the worse, as she bought a bachelorette pad in just her name.
Apparently, back in November 2021, Maci bought a decent size plot of land that has two small cottages on it.
The star paid just under $200,000 dollars for the new real estate and purchased it in just her name, leaving Taylor off the deed.
According to property records, each small cottage is 525 square feet and sits on over an acre of land, and each small abode has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
They also have a small kitchen area that opens to the living room area.
The cottages don’t boast the same lavish amenities or upgrades that the star’s massive Tennessee mansion does, but it does boast beautiful views of Wolftever creek.
Apparently the new land is just a short 20 minute drive from her family home with Taylor.
It’s worth noting that Taylor did not appear on the Teen Mom spin off series with Maci and the other Teen Mom’s significant others, and she hasn’t posted a photo to social media with him since October of last year.
Also, Maci didn’t give her husband of five years a shout out on social media for Valentine’s day which is unusual for the pair.
We all know that the couple were having some marital struggles, as seen on the most recent season of Teen Mom OG. The couple went to therapy together and struggled to rekindle the flame in their marriage.
