Once upon a time, some of the Teen Mom couples were happy together and super cute. Some of the relationships lasted, but most didn’t. Here is a look back at some of the cutest throwback couple pics.
10. Jenelle Evans and Andrew Lewis
Jenelle and Andrew dated for about two years. Andrew is the father of Jenelle’s oldest son, Jace. It looks like Jenelle and Andrew had some fun times together, maybe a little too much fun, but he split when Jenelle had Jace.
9. Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert
Leah and Jeremy were together from 2011 to 2015, and were married from 2012 to 2015. The couple had some happy times together, including welcoming daughter, Adalynn. Shortly after, the couple had issues that were made even worse by Jeremy’s job and Leah’s dependence on anti-anxiety medications and eventual rehab stint.
8. Maci Bookout and Ryan Edwards
Maci and Ryan were together for just over and year, and in that time they actually got engaged and welcomed a son, Bentley. The relationship and engagement was short lived, after Ryan didn’t end up being the partner or father for Bentley that Maci needed or deserved. But they did appear to have some good times together as wild teens, riding four-wheelers and partying.
7. Chelsea Houska and Adam Lind
Chelsea and Adam had one of the most tumultuous relationships in Teen Mom history. Adam is the father of Chelsea’s oldest daughter, Aubree. These two were high school sweethearts that ended their relationship almost immediately after the birth of their daughter.
6. Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley
Amber and Gary had a difficult relationship from the start, and things only got worse after the birth of their daughter, Leah. Things got so bad that Amber actually was charged with domestic abuse against Gary, after she physically assaulted him multiple times, some which were filmed and shown on the series.
5. Jenelle Evans and Kieffer Delp
Jenelle and Kieffer’s relationship is one of the most memorable ones from the series. They were sweet together at times, but also difficult to watch at times. They were filmed doing drugs together and their relationship was a major low part in Jenelle’s life.
4. Leah Messer and Corey Simms
What would a cute couple throwback list be without including this super cute picture of Leah and Corey with their twin daughters in this all camo getup? This relationship didn’t last, but the cute pictures will forever.
3. Kailyn Lowry and Jo Rivera
Kailyn and Jo were highschool sweethearts and basically family, as Kail’s parents were pretty much deadbeats in her life. The pair’s relationship got difficult after the birth of their son, Isaac and they split, but they have an awesome coparenting relationship these days.
2. Farrah Abraham And Derek Underwood
This picture of Farrah and Derek is one of the sweetest throwbacks and also one of the saddest at the same time. They were a happy highschool couple with some highs and lows, but things ended abruptly after Derek died in a car accident. Derek is the father of Farrah’s only child, Sophia.

Cate and Ty are the ultimate cute couple goals. They have been together since childhood and have pushed through so many difficult times together. There are a ton of cute throwback pictures of them together and every single one of them they look happy and in love.
