Things just keep getting uglier in a court battle between Amber Portwood and her ex/baby daddy, Andrew Glennon. Not only is Andrew planning to move across the country with their child, but he wants Amber to pay out some massive cash to him.
In a recent court hearing, it was revealed that Amber’s ex, Andrew had some demands.
Andrew claimed that he is owed a massive amount in back child support, dating back to July of 2019. He and his lawyer submitted child support worksheets that show that he is asking the court to make Amber pay $125,198 in back child support.
He also requested that Amber pay for his ongoing attorney fees for the custody battle, which add up to the tune of about $20,000.
Andrew also had a schedule of when he would like to receive his money…
He would like Amber to pay $1,000 her month towards her back child support, as well as her current support that’s due which is $1,287 per week. That’s a whopping $6,148 per month.
His lawyer stated:
“$1,000 per month toward her arrearage until it’s satisfied, so that would be $250 per week.”
Oh and about those lawyer fees, he’s like her to pay out that $20,000 in the next 30 days.
Oh and since he is asking to move across the country to live in his mom’s Malibu mansion, he wants Amber to pay her own way to travel and see their son too, which he is only allowing three times a month.
Amber has been battling for custody of their son, James since 2019 when Andrew was given primary custody as a result of Amber’s domestic assault charges against him.
