Kailyn Lowry started off her reality-TV career by starring in MTV’s 2009 series, ’16 & Pregnant.’
’16 & Pregnant’ quickly rose to become one of the most-watched series in both the Americas and the world, scoring hundreds of thousands of viewers per episode.
What’s interesting is that MTV chose its cast completely randomly, by sending out public invites and looking for the perfect crew to settle down with.

This puts Kailyn’s estimated earnings to about $500,000 per season of the show.
She’s an aspiring author
Much like her fellow co-stars, Kailyn tends to write things that happened to her throughout life and then publish it as a done deal in the form of a book.
Her most recent one is a book called ‘A letter of love.’

Her unconventional way of finding boyfriends
Kailyn’s last serious relationship happened with Chris Lopez. Before meeting Chris, Kailyn and Javi were together for approximately 5 years.
She reportedly met Javi at a shopping mall and was hesitant at giving out her phone number at first sight.
She’s no stranger to plastic surgery
The 28-year-old mom is no stranger to plastic surgery. She even admitted to doing so in one of her tweets.
Lowry had undergone a procedure in order to ‘enhance’ her assets, mostly her backside, it’s called the “Brazilian butt lift.”
She travels a lot
Despite being a single mom-of-three, Kailyn still finds time to travel. Her most recent trip was the one to Costa Rica and it was magical.
Lowry doesn’t like traveling alone and often brings in her crew of ‘BFFs.’
Naming her third baby was tough…
A lot of moms had troubles when it came to naming their bundle of joy. Kailyn was no exception to this ‘rule’ and even confessed so.
She had a big list of names ready-to-go and finally decided to name her son ‘Lux Russel.’
Her new home is enormous
Lowry’s new home is literally huge. The fact that she managed to buy it on her own is even more impressive.
The new home boasts 7,000-square-feet of space and is located in Delaware.

The ‘Teen Mom 2’ star doesn’t hide from love and isn’t shy to seek it out. She was rumored to date girls in the past including Leah Messer.
Fans quickly noticed that there was something ‘going on’ between the two and called them out for being secretive.
Needless to say, it all turned out to be a PR thing and nothing serious, they’re just friends.
She would like another child
In addition to the four of her boys, Kailyn is considering the possibility of adding a new family member.

She was once homeless
Despite her life being as awesome as it is today, it wasn’t always like that.
At a time, she was homeless and had no place to stay. “It was probably the moment I realized that I had no place to go when I moved out of Isaac’s dad’s house,” she confessed in an interview.
